Photos from the British Quilt and Stitch Village show
I must be honest and say that not many things caught my eye this year, so I really do hope more people enter next year, even if that does mean more competition for me! The show is only three years old so it’s a shame that there are less quilts this time round.
Still as usual, I have a little round up of photos for those of you who weren’t at Uttoxeter Racecourse last weekend. I don’t want to give too much away as I am writing a summary of the show for a magazine too, so this post will let the quilts do the talking.
And I had to include Wendy’s blackwork!
And my stuff…
Don’t ask, no idea what that insane grin is about… also no that isn’t my ribbon! Also not my ribbon 😉
I even spotted this familiar quilt by Leanne on the Oakshott stand, I’ve seen it in two or three magazines too, it is the famous Hint quilt!
I’ll do my comments another time as I’m waiting for the bear quilt ones to come through since I forgot to collect them.
It’s still Sew Mama Sew giveaway week, so check back to yesterday’s post if you haven’t entered yet!
