The site is back!
www.pennydog.com is back up and running and I have a lot to do to update it, but it’s fully functional now and all of the products that were originally on sale are there. I have some new resin to add to the supplies section and a few more pieces of jewellery to upload, so keep your eyes peeled to the “new products” section!
To celebrate I am giving away a £15 gift voucher in a giveaway ending midnight on Sunday 11th July. All you have to do is leave a comment on this post and that counts as an entry, alternatively (or additionally for an extra entry!) if you use Twitter you can tweet the following:
RT @pennydog www.pennydog.com is back open for business!
That’s it, no catches 🙂 I will announce the winner on monday.

glad to hear its all sorted i love to hear all about your goings on as i get a healthy balance of creatures (penny and fletch and the wildlife) the resin which is my weakness and play thing that i dont get out often enough to do as i have to rely on good old northern british weather and the updates and previews on popular crafts magazine. cant wait to see the new mould as i really need to restock and have a play again.
Didnt take you too long at all to get your site up and running glad you are back online

Glad your back!
And glad your selling the resin, I have bought a few moulds and have been looking a different resins but was a bit confused as to which is the best the buy for a newbie! (also the polyester resin looks scary what with needing a special mask!)
One question: How many pieces can you make with the two bottles of resin at £12, for example the how many bangles would 6oz of resin make?
Thanks
Claire

Your new resin product looks intriguing. The fast cure is prticularly useful.
I find alteration of proprotions of hardener to epoxy resin can give some very interesting flexible pieces, but they need more care when sanding. I found it all too asy to sand parts that I didn’t mean to. And flexible resin then seems to be able to crumble when not firm enough to sand properly.
Anyone else find this?
